Sealcoating

Sealcoating is a form of regular preventive maintenance that can make your asphalt parking lot look fresh and new. Sealcoating restores the rich, glossy black color to your asphalt.
By replenishing the oils and binders in the asphalt, sealcoating keeps it flexible and less prone to cracking and crumbling under pressure. It also forms a protective barrier against damaging, oxidizing substances like water, oil, and salt.
When you invest in sealcoating, we’ll use special equipment to apply SealMaster® commercial-grade pavement sealer to your asphalt surface. To ensure excellent coverage, we apply two coats with 50% overlapping.
Asphalt Preservation and Repair

Not only are cracks and potholes an eyesore, but they are also hazardous for your customers and staff. No one wants to see someone trip over uneven asphalt or mess up their tire alignment in a pothole.
Our asphalt preservation and repair services, which include crack sealing and pothole repair, can help you keep your parking lot safe and protect your asphalt investment.
Crack Sealing: We use special equipment to seal all cracks less than one inch wide with hot rubber, the industry standard for cracks of that size. This prevents moisture from causing further deterioration. For larger cracks, we may recommend the use of a pavement preservation product like mastic or suggest an infrared repair.
Pothole Repair: We use high-quality pavement preservation products to fill your potholes and ensure a smooth driving surface.
