Crack Sealing: We use special equipment to seal all cracks less than one inch wide with hot rubber, the industry standard for cracks of that size. This prevents moisture from causing further deterioration. For larger cracks, we may recommend the use of a pavement preservation product like mastic or suggest an infrared repair.
Pothole Repair: We use high-quality pavement preservation products to fill your potholes and ensure a smooth driving surface.
We recommend following your asphalt driveway repairs with sealcoating, a preventive service that is typically needed every 3-5 years. By replenishing the oils and binders in the asphalt, sealcoating keeps it flexible and less prone to cracking and crumbling. It also protects the asphalt from damage by UV rays and oxidizing substances like water, oil, and salt.
