Driveway Maintenance to Protect and Beautify

Sealcoating is a form of regular driveway maintenance that can extend the life of your asphalt asset and elevate your home’s curb appeal. Most of our clients choose to invest in sealcoating every 3-4 years. The best time to get your driveway sealed is when the weather is warm and dry, typically during late spring and summer.

By replenishing the oils and binders in the asphalt, sealcoating keeps it flexible and less prone to cracking and crumbling under pressure. It also forms a protective barrier against damage from UV rays and oxidizing substances like water, oil, and salt. Sealcoating is more cost-effective than having to do expensive repairs later.

Before we seal your driveway, we’ll want to repair any cracks or potholes. We’ll work with you to schedule your sealcoating project for a time when you can avoid walking or driving on your driveway for at least 24 hours while the sealant dries.

Sealcoating can make a faded, dingy driveway look fresh and new by restoring the rich black color of the asphalt. It’s a fast, affordable way to make your home look more attractive and inviting.

As-Needed Driveway Maintenance to Prevent Further Damage

Sealing cracks and repairing potholes are also essential to driveway maintenance, especially here in Colorado, where our harsh winter weather can be tough on asphalt. If your driveway is starting to develop cracks or potholes, it’s important to address these issues as soon as possible to prevent further deterioration and extend the life of your asphalt investment.

Crack Sealing: We use special equipment to seal all cracks less than one inch wide with hot rubber, the industry standard for cracks of that size. This prevents moisture from causing further deterioration. For larger cracks, we may recommend the use of a pavement preservation product like mastic or suggest an infrared repair.

Pothole Repair: We use high-quality pavement preservation products to fill your potholes and ensure a smooth driving surface.
