Pothole Repair

Getting your potholes fixed is a cost-effective way to immediately improve the look and safety of your parking lot. Further, it protects your pavement against further damage and erosion.

White Stripes Parking Maintenance uses high-quality pavement preservation products, as well as techniques like mastic and infrared repairs, to fill your potholes and ensure a smooth driving surface for your customers and staff.

Crack Sealing

Crack sealing is a preventative measure to keep moisture out of your pavement, prevent potholes from forming, and make your pavement last longer.

Our crack sealing service includes cleaning and preparation of the area to be addressed. We begin by clearing dirt and debris from the cracks to ensure a strong bond between the crack sealant and the surface. Next, we use a hot air lance to remove moisture and promote adhesion.

We use special equipment to seal all cracks less than one inch wide with hot rubber, the industry standard for cracks of that size. This prevents moisture from causing further deterioration. For larger cracks, we may suggest a mastic or infrared repair.

In the Colorado Springs area, spring and fall are the optimal times to seal any cracks in your parking lot because temperatures aren’t typically as extreme. We suggest scheduling your repairs ahead of time to secure the dates and times that are most convenient for you. That being said, emergency repairs are possible during winter.
